hello, is the video in mpeg2 is 30 fps (15 images per eye in page-flipping) then why is need work with a monitor in 120hz (60 images per eye)?, is possible view a mpeg video stereo3d with a monitor in 60hz.

That's because you computer monitor doesn't work like a TV, it's not interlaced, so, what happens is that you need a higher refresh rate to have te same effect.
But yes! You can watch it at any refresh rate you want, you just might have a little headacke afterwords :)
