Not with the PC version of the glasses. Please check the system-requirements for 3D-DVD's: http://stereo3d.com/3ddvd.htm#system Christoph |

Hi You can play DVDs on your PC with your Eye3D glasses if you have a DVD drive and 3DPower DVD. To use 3D Power DVD: Set your monitors resolution to 640 x 480. Set your monitor refresh rate as high as your monitor will suport. Start 3D Power DVD and ensure it is in Disk Mode. Open the Configuration menu and click on the Video Tab. Set the Video Mode to Force Weave Close the Configuration menu and start the DVD playing Go to full screen mode. If you have a choice choose the 3D version of the movie and press Ctlr+T to enable Stereo Mode Set your Eye3D controller to Line-Blanking mode. The great thing is that you don't get any flicker if you set your monitor refresh to 100Hz or 120Hz. Mick http://www.imago3d.co.uk |

Yes, I own IMAX Haunted Castle, Alien Advneture, G-forces, and several others. They all look very good on TV with shutterglasses. I watched them with the I-glasses 3D as well, but the resolution on the I-glasses is not very good. On TV with shutterglasses, the screen and objects have very good 3D detail. |

If your glasses support interlaced mode and you have a Hauppauge WinTV PVR (supports true NTSC and PAL) card you can feed video out from standalone DVD player or PAL tapes and watch 3d DVD's or field sequential video tapes in real time on your PC CRT monitor pretty well flickerless. Doesn't work full screen but if you stretch TV player to near full screen it'll work. |

Hi Anonymous When you say pretty well flickerless does it not work at the monitor's screen refresh rate? Have you tried full screen at a resolution of 640 x 480? Do you know if it works with NTSC tapes as well as PAL? Sorry for all the questions but all the TV cards I have come across de-interlace and so destroy the 3D effect. I want to capture movies made with the NuView adaptor so this sounds promising. |

Frank, was that the SVGA I-glasses 3d or the earlier models? I was under the impression that the SVGA I-glasses would have good resolution. |
