Max: What about stopping the nonthing saying big words and give us exact technical details ? At what frequence does it work (50,60,100,120 Hz)? What stereoscopic input does it exactly accept (NTSC/PAL interlaced, signal from PC) ? How does it solve the green phosphor delay ghosting ? What about shuterglasses compatiblity ... | ||

I can't believe I actually read through this whole thing. Things you do to avoid working... A quote from their web site: "Bring your loved ones into reality!" I love this, should include it into my e-mail signature... This whole thing reeks of money making infomercial: Imagine being able to buy things you could never afford before... love this shit. | ||

Instead of flaming without reading, try looking this stuff up... http://www.and3d.com/products/3dequipments/3dtv.php They have a 120Hz 29" flat screen Tv, or 60Hz field rate. That's actually pretty good. I haven't had time to put in to really look at what they have, but it looks like some sort of rate doubled TV. If so, I won't knock it. There's a full system, including cameras, polarized projectors, etc. I'm not sure what the parent company is, but judging by the english, it isn't in the US. The important part may be an improved screen design, but again, without seeing more detail, I wouldn't know. | ||

I actually did look at their stuff and I was not poo-pooing it at all, although it's not clear to me what is the nowhow here. What I do find amusing and deserving a little flame is their marketing approach. Instead of writing bunch of "revolutionary" BS on a technical forum maybe they should start with their specs and the key technology description, so people would take them seriously. Also, doesn't hurt to hire a professional translator to write the text for their english web page... |
