Does anyone know of a good stereo panorama program to use with my h3d glasses and geforce video card?

If you mean a stereo panorama viewer, then Michal Husak's modification to glPanorama.
You need to convert your video-card to a 'Quadro' using RivaTuner programme and use WinXP/2000 operating system.

If you mean making a stereo panorama ..... No !
There are many problems with this.
The requirements for stereo and stitching panoramas are mutually exclusive.
For panoramas, rotate camera around rear nodal point, for stereo the cameras have to be separated so cannot rotate around nodal point.
