I have seen alot of slander on all sides of the Cwonline VS. Vrealites .. Iam not happy with it at all. It happens that I have just paied for a set of I-glasses SVGA 3D from Cwonline and Iam having a problem getting them to tell me when or even IF they have sent them to me. (2 e-mails and 2 voice messages on there phone and no response). I am worried that after reading all these comments that Iam being ripped off ??? Please if you have had a good or bad experience with these people let me know. | ||

I always use first; try many e-mails and phone use... If my e-mails take way to long to get back intouch or phones are always bussy, then I don't bother, because if you do have a prob, then your gonna wait as long as it did getting the info you need the first time.. Or in your case---the run around, ah not having them in stock!!!! OMOP | ||

Well just to finish what I started. I have now found out why they didnt give me a tracking number or any info as to when they sent them. Cyberworld DIDNT sent them I-O SYSTEMS did. I guess CW is a kind of middle man for I-O SYSTEMS. Would have been nice to have known before all the E-mails. So I got my I-Glasses SVGA 3D and I love them . (I read some of the other posts about faded color and washed out video) The video is fine but you MUST tweak the hell out of your video card (Nvidia FX 5600 is what I have). The 3D games look nice but Not as "3D'ish" as the test page in the control panel. SO all in all I can vouch for Cyberworld as having a good price and fast delivery, But not to good in the customer service part. Question: Would I buy from them again ? Answer: Yes, but with the understanding that I want to speak with the store owner 1st to see if it's coming from his store or like the HMD ,another company. Content customer  (but they had me worried for a few days) | ||

Just bought a set of I-Glasses SVGA 3D from CW-Online through an EBay auction. Payed with paypal, the tracking number arrived the next day. Overall, happy with the level of service, though a bit nervous as to how good these goggles are going to be. Sam | ||

Been using the goggles for a few days now, very happy with them. I have owned cy-visor 2d and glasstron plm-s700. The I-glasses SVGA have better image quality and wearability than the cy-visor, though slightly less image quality than the glasstron. 3d though. Sam |
