Does 3DPlus, or whatever X3D is using, work with DivX Movies?

No 3dplus is exclusively designed for mpeg2 or DVD
no avi playback at all

What about the X3D PC gateway thingy?

I found X3D PC Gateway plays very jerky with full DVD resolution
Divx on my Pentium 4 2.0G, playing from a
second computer to X3D TV Gateway worked
much better but a second computer and a PCI
TV card but not a Hauppauge PVR is required.
