Hi I'm a total novice here...so my question is pretty general. What drivers do I need to get to use my Eye3D wireless (about a year old) to work on my V5 5500 AGP? The driver update at the iart site does not shoe v5 support. At the moment my eye3d system is not installed in any way; so what do i need to get it working with my v5? im having a problem with mine.i have a voodoo 5,and a 19 inch monitor,and im running win ME.when i do the stereo rez test,everything works fine but when i try to run games,i am getting a wierd screen distortion.it looks like the screen has been horizontally sliced up and put back together in a slightly different order,actually there seems to be double of some of the "slices"(im assuming that would be left/right eye images).the "image" is in stereo.i am using the new v4.12 wicked drivers on a eye3d 4in1.any help would be appricated. | ||

one more thing.i am also getting the screen distortion when i turn stereo mode off.i uninstalled the wicked drivers and now my games run fine.so what do i do to get it to work? | ||

Hi Rob, Is text distortion ? The Eye3D 4-in-1 Line-Blanking IC bandwidth is 93M Hz, I suggest you adjust the refresh rate to 60Hz in resolutions 1280 x 1024 or 1600 x 1200. The Eye3D Premium bandwidth is 300MHz, it'll solve the text distortion problems in high resolutions. The Metabyte still not announce their driver support the Wins ME, therefor We can't promise the driver has problems or not in Wins ME. We'll check it out later. Kenny | ||

it isnt distorted.it looks like an alternate line format image.it does this with stereo mode on or off. |
