Has anyone been able to get Q3 to run in stereo mode with an nvidia card? Either using the consumer stereo driver or native openGL quadbuffer support (as in a quadro card?)

How the heck did you get it to work?

email me or post here, samhalperin@att.net

Using I-glasses svga in 3d page flipped mode if this makes a difference.

(will post summary once I figure this out.)

yes Í did, I tried both, but got better results with Nvidia's consumer stereo driver than openGL using softquadro, because there was no way to set the convergence level in Quake3(only stereo seperation) in the quadbuffered openGL way.

just install the detonator and the consumer stereo drivers. install quake3 tweak the settings usingthe hotkeys, and you got great stereo3D!

good luck
