The 4x.xx nvidia stereo driver, which I got from gainward, in combination with the 43.51 quadro driver from nvidia doesn't work very well. I find the 30.87 pair released on nvidias site to be much more stable.

The major problem was that I kept getting the left image and the right image swapped. Happened in a quad buffered app as well as quake3 with the nvidia stereo mode.
