I'm using shutter glasses but was wonderig about the image fidelity when using Anaglyph glasses.

Anaglpyhs cause more eyestrain, retinal rivalry and cannot reproduce the full color spectrum. However, they are a good choice when shutter glasses are too expensive (large audience), don't work (LCD screens), ...
