I'm sure I'm beating an old horse for this group, but I don't get out often. Is there any news at all on the expected release of Nvidia's stereo 5X.XX? I got the FX 5700 Ultra a few weeks ago, and the 45 series drivers won't work, so I'm stuck until the 53's are released. The guy at edimensional said the driver has been done for 2 weeks and he doesn't know why they don't just release it. | ||

Anyway, if this is true, it shouldn't take too long anymore before the new stereo driver will be finally available for download (...unless they're so lazy that they'll still wait for some months  ) | ||

I'm not surprised there is some line of communication between Edimensional and Nvidia since Edim seems to be a pretty big retailer of 3D glasses right now...but it doesn't sound like it's a real solid line either. I'm sure Nvidia isn't sitting on completely ready drivers, but I for one am anxious enough to give any form of beta a try. | ||

Is I had mentioned in anoter threed I had seen this drivers in action 4 weeks ago during Stereo display conference in San Chose ... I expect nVidia is doing beta testing now .... |
