A couple of weeks ago I ugraded my card to the FX5700 Ultra. Great card, but only supported by 53.xx series drivers, which, of course to not yet have stereo support from Nvidia. I've tried a couple alternatives, noteable the Edimensional beta driver, but to no avail. Does anyone know of any way to get the 5700 to do stereo at all? Thanks for any advice. | ||

thats odd, one of nvidias selling points is that all their cards use the same driver, so even if you have an older card and a new driver comes out it should work with every card. | ||

This makes me very worried. I´m planning on buying a FX 5900 xt, but I need my old driver 45.23 (video + stereo). Are you saying I might not be able to? Shouldn´t old drivers be compatible with new cards as well? | ||

For new cards you need new drivers, because old drivers don't detect cards they were not developed for. | ||

I have tried to use Albatron FX5900 with det45.23+st45.23 – it work Concerning FX 5700 (MSI) – my FX 5700 (MSI)not work with 45.23 | ||
