Downloaded the latest matched nvidia drivers onto reformatted hard drive. All stereo excellent except for ghosting which i never noticed on the old software. Do others have this problem, know fix? go back to old drivers if available? |

Ghosting is not a driver issue. Monitors are simply not fast enaugh in switching from bright to dark. Thus there is no real solution for the ghosting problem. The reason why you havent's noticed it before may be that you played games where ghosting is less visible. |

i,ve now got stereo running on my infocus x1 (800x600 monitor with native set, brightness and contrast up) and some ghosting can still be seen, although the refresh is set at 60hz with some flicker. Admittedly not as bad a monitor, suppose its just the nature of shutter glasses. nvidia set up and test is quite impressive with the 'eye' rotating about two feet in front of your eyes. It a pity there is no adjustment on the speed of the shutter glasses to experiment with other than being tied to refresh freq. |
