Hi Guys.... I have got a VFX1 and have installed the VIP card. All tests appear to run fine, including optics, motion tracking, VIP card etc. So everything appears right to go. When I run quake, I go to the console and change mode to stereo mode. When I look through the VFX1 lens - the image looks awesome in stereo - so again everything seems OK. However, when I go to 'start new game' - when the new game loads - something goes wrong with the motion tracking - as all I do is spin around and around. I have tried mucking around with the ini file and adjusted some settings - but no go. I have run the calibration etc. Everything runs fine in VFXSETUP - it is just when I get to quake that the motion tracking goes haywire.... Please help Thanks heaps guys Aussie |

Reduce the sensitivity of the mouse within the game. -VRJUNKIE |

Tried that... no go... It is strange, because when I run VFXSetup, the motion tracking and cyber puck respond fine - no problems.... Just quake... I tried disabling the mouse - still no go... Any other suggestions Thanks Aussie |

Don't edit the quake config file for the VFX1 like the directions state (if I remember correctly). Just run VRMouse and let the HMD emulate a mouse and it will work. The quake config always has had this spinning problem. |

did you remember to re-edit the quake config back to stock before running VRmouse? that solved it for me. |

Don't use the ini for quake! Only use vrmouse and it will work just fine. |
