Can anyone tell me if the nu-view will work with the sony dcr-trv type cameras? |

Yes. I use it with DCR-TRV 310 E and I am happy. |

Does the nu-view automatically turn it to field sequential or do you have to do it on your computer with a program? |

NuView output is in field-sequential mode (interlaced). No need to do anything else for playback on TV. PC based playback can be doen by codesd witch can handle interlaced input. |

Could someone using this nu-view consistently explaint the steps in achieving 3d video with it? |

Bo: It is easy :-) . Swith NuView on, connect it to the composite out from camera, eventualy use the correction knob to place the important object to ZPP (this objects will be later located in the TV screen plane) ... And use some scene arangement giving sense from stereoscopic point of view - neares object 2-3 m from camera to infinity ... And the nuview will store left/right images in odd and even lines of the interlaced DV data on the camera ... |
