anyone know if i can use the edimensional glasses with the pin connector directly on the back of a stereo card (firegl 9200, for example)? are they compatible? the edimensional uses a dongle that does interlaced stereo, but if i want to use page swap stereo, can i just plug these into the card directly, bypassing the dongle? |

Yes, this should work. E-Dim glasses are manufactured by IODisplay and I have done just what you are describing with those glasses. As long as it's the 3 pin Mini-DIN connection it's a VESA standard. - StereoGamer |

###As long as it's the 3 pin Mini-DIN connection it's a VESA standard. ### This may be true for the Revelator, eDim and other newer models, but there are older models, also manufactured by IOD/Ilixco, like H3D-classic, which have a DIN-3 connector which isn't VESA compliant. I just want to say that having a DIN-3 is no guarantee for VESA-compatibility. Christoph |
