Hi!

I would like to know encoding way
How can i convert interlacing movies(avi) made by nu view adapter to sync doubling mode(mpeg2).
I have known there are some way.
Do I need video capture card and mpeg ecoding program for this and what hardware is the best??

Please advise how to..
