Teratel is a public company. The trade on the CDNX(Canadian Venture Exchange) under the symbol TIN. "Tetratel also announced the completion of its 2D to 3D software decoder "3D Plus" that fluently and real-time converts modern PC video games into compatible stereoscopic EyeFX 3D format." "The "3D Plus" has been developed for use with the "EyeFX 3D" retail store package. The addition of the converter ensures a large existing supply of compatible video games for the EyeFX PC technology." "Subject to commitments to the recently announced TIN Project, the Company reports that it has been approved into the NVIDIA software developers program with the intent to port the 2D software converter to the NVIDIA GPU." "The successful application to the NVIDIA GPUs ensures EyeFX 3D support in video games without the need or expense of game developers including EyeFX software support into their software game titles." The Company also wishes to clarify details related to the News Release issued on Monday, February 26, 2001 regarding its relationship with Microsoft and XBox products. The announced license agreement and related documents between the firms are required to enter into developer support programs established by the XBox division and does not, nor cannot imply any endorsement of EyeFX 3D products by Microsoft.
