Buy a copy of VrCaddyMe, it is available at http://www.vrcaddy.com They also have a trial version there for download. Also, you will need to install the Win3D library, which is available at http://www.win3d.com When WINx3D is installed, run the setup utility (it will be in the windows control panel) and select VFX1 as your 3D device. also, you will need to specify your display card in the same dialog. Once you have done this, you should be able to get almost any Direct3D or OpenGL game to work in stereo, assuming you use VRCaddy to perform that task. good luck, -Eric L. |

As far as I know the above is incorrect. The VFX1 has to have an active VESA Feature connector, no more than 640x480 video and no more than 256 colors. When you run any accellerated video (D3D, Glide, etc) the colors are usually above 256 - and even if they are not the video colors will come out in the HMD Black & White or all screwed up. -VRJUNKIE |

The described trick works with VFX3D and with non-Opnegl based games. You can use HW page flipping and Elsa Relevatror generic for VFX3D and OpenGL ... |
