There are no i-Art drivers. All versions come from Metabyte. The OEM versions, like Eye3D, only have different color codes. Christoph |

So, in other words, when will I-Art get a version from Wicked3D with their colour codes ? BTW : Guess it's time for a fresh Wicked3D colour code compatibility matrix:
Driver \ Controller | W3D | I3D | H3D | H3D legacy=W3DEyescream | [+] | +(1) | +(2)-(3) | I-Art Eye3D | ? | [+] | -(3) | H3D Terminator | ?(4) | ? | [+] | [+] (should be) obvious...
- ) May occasionally work according to Chris' Eye3D review
- ) Works according to H3D Terminator review at VoodooExtreme - they were told to get the latest Wicked3D drivers for the Terminator
- ) Doesn't work according to Chris' (preliminary) Terminator review - so who is right for the Terminator ?
- ) Would be interesting for owners of old H3D glasses, since i-O Display sell their driver separately (+dongle, which might be interesting for Revelator owners in turn, since it's VESA compatible, but not to the legacy H3D emitter)

>>>1) May occasionally work according to Chris' Eye3D review It usually works and occasionally misses the H3D-code, especially the deactivation code when you go back to the Windows desktop >>>2) Works according to H3D Terminator review at VoodooExtreme - they were told to get the latest Wicked3D drivers for the Terminator 3) Doesn't work according to Chris' (preliminary) Terminator review - so who is right for the Terminator ? Question is: what was tested by VoodooExtreme - Terminator or Universal? Both look exactly the same. i-glasses told me not to use the name Terminator for the new 'Universal'. >>>4) Would be interesting for owners of old H3D glasses, since i-O Display sell their driver separately (+dongle, which might be interesting for Revelator owners in turn, since it's VESA compatible, but not to the legacy H3D emitter) No, the 'I-O Display' version of the driver has the new color code and doesn't trigger the classic H3D/eyeScream controller. H3D-Activator doesn't help here, since the classic H3D-controller doesn't 'hold' it's state when graphics modes change. Christoph |
