If phosphor is the problem with ghosting, the more hz you push to your monitor, then more ghosting you got, because refreshing times are getting closer, and the coat have not enough time to "fade" to the original black of the tube.

BUT, if you slow down Hz, you got the flickering shit.

Is it right?
