Nice. Bud can you add some realy useful information: 1) In what format did you store the movie on the VCD/DVD (I hope NO anaglyph) 2) What recording technique did you use (I see you mention 3D Kamera 2xDVCAM, 3Chip , but did you use genlocked signal, how did you solve camera parameters synchronziation) ? 3) Do you have the movie in full PAL/NTSC per eye resolution available ? I will prefer this version over any reduced one ... |

Dear Mr. Husak, here are the answers: 1) In what format did you store the movie on the VCD/DVD (I hope NO anaglyph) On the DVD the format is red-cyan-anaglyph on our DVD you can choose between interlaced (PAL) and anaglyph. Normally you can´t watch DVD on an ordinary tv-set, but with our special-encoding it works pretty well with the color-separation. Ghosting is minimized. 2) What recording technique did you use (I see you mention 3D Kamera 2xDVCAM, 3Chip , but did you use genlocked signal, how did you solve camera parameters synchronziation) ? We solved all the problems that are easy to solve with digital cameras nowadays. Synchronization with lenses, focus etc. is not that a problem. 3) Do you have the movie in full PAL/NTSC per eye resolution available ? I will prefer this version over any reduced one ... Yes. We screened Cyberheidi 3D in full-resolution in Munich´s IMAX-theatre (premiere). If you demand a side-by-side-version or a above-and-below version please let us know what kind of format you would prefer. |
