Just got my Eye3D Premium glasses and cannot use them in anything accept the demo mode in the stereo setup. Using a Dell Dimension 8100 P4 1.7 512 VisionTek Geforce 3 (23.11's for stereo and driver) Eye3D Premium I set my desktop to 1024x768x32 bit and my monitor to 120 hz. Then I go into the stereo driver and click enable, then set the switches to match at 1024x768x32x120. If I click the demo/test settings tab, I can see the NVidia logo and got excited the first time while setting this up. Then, when I try and run Quake 3, the game menu lets me chose the single/multiplayer and begins loading map then stops. Eventually I get a BSOD and nv4_disp error and have to reboot. I cannot play any games with these drivers and thought I may be doing something wrong. Other games I have tried that lockup include RTCW and Unreal Tournament. I also set my opengl setting to always VSync, and turned anti-aliasing off and on to see if that may help. Any suggestions? thanks, Joey |
