Hi, I got the EDimensional 3d wireless glasses. I connect the dongle between card and monitor and installed the required software. But after I restart the system I got the error " No device enumerate". I tried all the latest driver for my Radeon 8500 and for the glasses. Who can help me out? Who have this card - glass combination working? Thanks and best regards Manni |

The glasses were delivered with Wicked3D drivers? Well you may try the combination of WINx3D and VRCaddy instead. http://www.vrcaddy.com/ http://www.win3d.com/ Christoph |

Well, i tried this method as well because this was a recommendation from eDimensional. When I setup Win3d software and test it with this software, it works fine. When I want to use it for a game, I start real3d soft and then i start the game. In the game then I want to swith on 3d view by pressing the "insert" key. But it doesn't work execpt for Flight Sim 2002. Here it works, let say 75%. I can hardly change the settings and I have Graphic bugs. Any other Ideas what I can do differnt? Anyway thanks for the reply, i appreciate it very much! Best regards Manni |

In order to use WINx3D with your games, you must also be using VRCaddy. They go together as a set for gaming. If you can get the WINx3D test screen to work, yet VRCaddy does not start stereo, please contact info@vrstandard.com. Jeff will be glad to help you. |

Thanks David, I contacted now Jeff and hope to get an answer soon. I will let this board then know his solution so every other Radeon 8500 owner can work with this experience. I hope I got it working otherwise I will step over to Geforce 4. Best regards Manni |

Manni, I have not heard of software called "real3d". What is that? Is it included when you order from e-dimensional? Or where can I get it? |

No. After I had problems with the wicked drivers I got these drivers provided by edimensional. But this driver is basically VR Caddy pro. I downloaded VR Caddy pro afterwards and I couldn´t find any differencies to Real3d except the name! I got also Mail from Jeff. He stated that FS2002 gives problems with VR Caddy or Real3d. It´s a known bug. Furthermore, and that was new to me, only games are supported, which are listed in the VR Caddy directory. So I tried afterwards Undying demo and indeed, it was working fine without any problems. I then ask where I can find updated list for newer game, but because we have weekend I have to wait for an answer until monday, I guess. Best regards Manni |

Jeff mailed me that there is no updated list available yet. Does anyone know a way to create such a file? In addition to my previous mail I found out that real3d is infact VRcaddyME. I recognized this by reading the readme files. Does anyone know a way to create such a file? Best regards Manni |

I have the same thing you have and real3D is the same as VRcaddy but, no one will support it. I found that you have to have the .ini file for the game or it will not work. The only games supported is in the list on VRcaddy's web site. As of now they only support a hand full of games. |

I am the president of VR Standard. We have been selling VRJoy that supports interlaced and pageflip modes, and wrote VRCaddy then implemented Winx3D. Recently we made Real3D (pageflip ONLY version) that is the same as VRCaddyPro for Win9x/ME users, and it was for OEM purposes. The rea3D test version was probably sent to some eDimensional's customers by mistake(?) as a free gift(?). There is no reason why we have to spend time for tech support for those distribution. Anyhow, VRCaddy is upgraded to support Radeon 8500. It works with all the glasses except for one case, which is ELSA Y-calbe with ATI8500. |
