I recently got wireless 3D glasses from E-dimensional and having problems running games in stereo. I am using Pentium 4 with Windows XP Pro, GeForce4 4600 TI for which I downloaded latest Detonator and stereo driver from Nvidia Web site. When I run a game (for example Soldier of Fortune or Serious Sam) and switch into stereo mode - the game just hangs and the only way to bring the computer back to life is restart it. In normal non-stereo way I have no problem. What can be wrong and how do I fix it? Thanks in advance for your help. |

On the contrary, I have had nothing but good experience with e-dimensional. What I know is that the stereo drivers have a problem with GF4 series of cards... nothing much you can do except to tweak it on your own or wait until nVidia releases 28.32 version of stereo drivers which hopefully will support GF4... It is precisely for this reason that I held off buying a GF4, sticking to my GF3 now.... |

I have a P4 (Dell 8200), Windows XP (home) and a GeFroce4 Ti4400 - same problem despite MANY experiments with different drivers, "make it work", uninstalling/reinstalling, etc. It's encouraging to hear there may be a driver fix in the future. Another post in this "Support" area notes new drivers are coming from Nvidia "soon". |
