Hello to the group. This is my first post here. I have searched the topics for relevant information concerning the installation of the Elsa revelator IR glasses hardware/software on my PC. I have an OS windows2000NT running on a ABIT KT7A motherboard. In the AGP slot I have installed a Elsa516 64MB with nVIDIA GeForce2. The glasses are plugged with the standard Elsa dongle directly to the back of the Graphics card. Seeing Elsa drivers do not support windows2000 I loaded a set of drivers from the nVIDIA website. Everything seems to function smoothly except for the fact that when I try to open 3D games ect. the monitor makes the usual click and briefely goes blank (as was the case in other similar systems I have configured with the same 3D hardware)but when the image re-appears the monitor will not dsiplay the page flipping nor will the glasses activate through the IR connection. My confusion lies in the possibility of this being a problem with the software or a problem with the monitor(Dell P780)/cables or perhaps some other issue. looking for any suggestions and thanking u in advance Samuel_gibbs@hotmail.com |
