I can get stereo3d in quake3, and split the 3d signal over 2 monitors using softquadro. i put on the stereo signal with the seta r_stereo "1" command in the config file I can also use seta cg_stereoSeparation "x" (x=a number) to set the seperation between the 2 images. I don't think the 3d effect is great in quake 3 this way, bequase I can't tweak the convergence Is there anyone who has a solution for this? Maart |

I got Quad buffered Stereo openGL working, and splitted over 2 screens using twin-view, an a geforce2 MX dual head, patched to a quadro but I couldn't get openGL game drivers like nvidia working in a splitted mode. only progra that were made for it like the list of stereo ready software @ www.stereographics.com M.H. I'm looking worward to use GLSRenderer with this setup. Anaglyph worked great. but a dual projected passive 3d system would be a lot better, BTW what kind of hardware would be sufficiant for full res (720x1152) playback? any ETA? (e-mail me) any ideas on the convergence in Q3? Maart |

jmiller, Quake3 Arena and Sin should also work according to "Stereoscopic OpenGL and NVIDIA 3D cards guide" at http://www.stereovision.net/articles/nvidiaopengl/nvstereoogl.htm There is a guide to the stereo enabling commands as well. Alex |
