Some games might hook the keyboard "driver" beneath where the NV driver (or Windows) does. Full screen mode might present its own problem too. Does it happen on all games? (I don't recall it working for me either, although I didn't spend much time looking into it.)

I think these NV drivers are just a bit buggy. I was complaining about not getting id games to run in stereo without locking up? I used SoftICE and traced it to an infinite loop right in the middle of NVOGLNT.dll, NVIDIA's OpenGL installable client driver.

Maybe id is setting up something wrong to cause this, but it's ultimately NVIDIA's fault -- it's NEVER acceptable for any code to infiniloop.

Since they offer "no support" on these drivers, I guess we're all SOL. :-(

(Gee, do they offer support on anything?)

Oh well, at least one company is giving stereo gaming some serious support... even if buggy. I guess we just wait, hoping they'll clean up their act?

I had the same problem. I noticed installing it, it said something like 'ps2 keyboard intercept driver' so I unplugged my USB keyboard and put in my old PS2 one and *poof*, the hotkeys are working.

Most of my games and sims assign functions to the hot keys which clash with the nVidia stereo driver, you need to disable these in the game.

I have also found that the games settings which the Stereo driver uses just don't seem to be correct. For example the settings for Combat Flight Sim gave me all types of problems including complete screen corruption and lockups. I have removed the stereo games settings for all the games I have from the registry and now things are working perfectly.
