Hallo! I would like to get dual monitor steroscopic image (1600x600 pixel image)? does it work with geForce4 /nVIDIA drivers? I have ASUS V8440 card (GeForce 4 Ti 4400) with dual monitor output. I can get active stero with the "normal" e.g. 800x600 32 120Hz resolution. When I enable duula monitor support (image spnas via 2 monitors) via nView -stereo setup allows me to choose also the 1600x600 resolution, but the image then is not more stereo,.. what is the problem? Is there any other card, that would allow we to do that? |

I vaguely remember to have read somewhere on NVidia's site that GF4's should support dual-head passive stereo if you set the display mode to 'clone'. Don't know if it may be limited to OpenGL or WindowsXP, but just give it a try... |

See http://forums.stereovision.net/viewtopic.php?topic=266&forum=1&5 : Have a look at http://download.nvidia.com/Windows/30.82/NVDisplayPropertiesGuide_3082.pdf , section for Quadro GPU boards (if that helps) |
