I have a Nu-View video camera adapter and would like to view my 3d interlaced video on a PC. I have a NVidia graphics card and shutter glasses on my PC that I use for games. Can anyone help.

You'll have to capture the video onto your computer. Then you could use 3dCombine to view the files. It supports various 3d formats (parallel, above/below, interlaced, etc).
