When I have the Wicked3D drivers installed I can't access my display properties. I recieve the error "Windows encountered an error while trying to access the control panel file "C:\Windows\system\desk.cpl" (or close to that). I'm using a GeForce2MX card and detonator drivers. Can anyone help?

Ok, this has been solved but for any others having the same problem:

A key is added to the registry with the wicked3d installation. I was running Beta Detonator 7.17 drivers and DX7. I backed down to some certified drivers and upgraded to DX8 and this fixed it.
