I have just purchased a VFX-1 HMD and Accesories from Ebay and am having trouble getting the head tracking to work on any games. I run the vfxcfg program and the headgear and cyber puck track perfectly in the test VFX1 and Test cyberpuck screens. But as soon as I load a game to use (i.e. Hexen II or QUAKE II) with the correct patches from the iisvr.com website and try to run them the head tracking doesn't work. I then close the program and run the VFX1 test again and it says that "VFX-1 is not online please see manual for trouble shooting". Unfortuinately I do not have a manual or original driver CD. After this happens I cannot get the VFX-1 back online again and I don't have the manual to no what to do. Is there anyone out there that is willing to copy there manual and Original Install CD including the bonus stuff for a Fee? I am willing to pay and can pay by PayPal or Money order. OK , The manual won't help you any  Tell me what games you need working and I'll tell you how to set them up.... The patch for Quake2 calls the wrong file! I had a major problem trying to figure it out myself, only to find out that the batch file was calling the wrong config I gotta get home to look at it though, just list the games and I'll help you out |
