I was wondering if ET had stereo support? In 45.23 stereo drivers all I could find was RTCW had stereo support. Is there any way to add in manual entries to the game config list?

Yes, locate the Stereo User's Guide on Nvidia Website to learn about the hotkeys available, then use them to configure correct stereo while running the game and hit CTL-F7 to save it in the registry.
