I recently downloaded Winx3d v4.17 for Windows XP. I own ED glasses and need winx3d for VRCaddyXP. But in Winx3d there is no support for ED glasses in VR Gear list, So I tried many others but i cannot see the 3d pyramid. So can anyone suggest the closest match for them. |

Dear Abeer Bhatnagar, From what I understand, your graphic card could be the problem! Winx3D and ED glass are compatible match under Win98SE as far as I understand. I would be truthfully appreciated if you share your Winx3D v4.17 for Win XP with me. Could you please send it to visionxray@yahoo.co.uk. Thank you in advance. |

Y'All are forgetting that WINx3D is not public domain. Contact the X3D company. BTW: Y'All put your email addresses when asking for pirated software. Not too bright. |

I contacted X3D more than once regarding the future of Winx3D and never got an answer. At the last Cebit, I talked with the German X3D manager and he didn't even know what Winx3D is. My impression: Winx3D is dead, nobody will get it from X3D. Buying a NVIDIA card and using their stereo driver is the only reasonable way to get cheap stereo at the moment. Peter |

I may be wrong, but i tink winx3d was bought over ny X3d and implemented into thier desktop controller software for the x3d shutter glasses as well as for the routines that exist for 2d-3d conversion on their pc-tv gateway. just a guess tho! Clyde |

Well, the previous owner of WinX3D reads this forum and I am quite sure the posts in this topic. I assume he does not want to get involved in any way. That is fair enough. |
