Hello I've changed my old TI4600, by a new gainward fx5700 256 mo, and installed new fx xpdrivers and stereo drivers, and when i try to enable the stereo, i can't activate . Somebody can help me ? because it's the same Pc where i use in stereo my old ASUS V8460 ultradeluxe with asus drivers and stereo nvidia drivers. i've desinstalled all and reinstalled the news drivers. I do not know why ? thanks eric |

Do This: 1. Uninstall the 61.76 stereo drivers 2. install 56.72 stereo drivers which you can get from: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?id=22 3. Select 'Enable stereo by hot key' in control panel 3. reinstall the 61.76 stereo drivers ON TOP OF the 56.72, overwriting everything 4. 'enable stereo by hot key' should now be enabled and working with the 61.76 drivers. The only catch is you can't disable 'stereo by hot key' now, but it doesn't give you that lame error message when you try to run the medical test or what-not and games work fine. BTW I'm assuming your using windows 2000 as this problem seems to crop up there alone. |
