As it is now in games like FS 2004 I get stereo3d coming out of the screens how do I change it so it goes inside the screen instead?

Hold down the CTRL-F6 key till you see the scene move into the screen. Then continue to get the desired setting. If you go to far, use CTRL-F5 to go the other way.

why change it?
i think OUTofScreen would look awesome, like, its really getting to you. The bullets fly in your face, the aliens jumps at you.
i have not been able to achieve this.
how do you make things come out of your monitor?

Simone? Are you italian?
Me too, and my first name is Simone too! ;-)

And while the effect of "aliens jumping at you" is awesome, the usual side effect of excessive convergence is not. The whole wirtual world is projected outside of your monitor, you get the impression of looking through a tiny portal located 10 centimeters or so before your eyes and you are forced to cross your eyes to accommodate the scene, giving excessive strain to your eye muscles.
