Hi everbody, My name is Giovanni Vacanti. I sorry for my bad english, but I live in Italy (Sicily). I have acquired 3 days ago the package Domm 3 special. Total with shipping - $1570.00 USD. I have gone fastly in the bank for a money transfer. Now the transfer it's effective but VR don't more answer me!! I do not know if the package it has been sent, when it arrives, nothing of nothing! Have you tried calling them by phone and/or sending them fax messages (a LOT of fax messages)? I once had to FAX-BOMB an insurance company to get the money they owed me: I sent them the same message every 30 seconds for days! :-D P.S. Hey, un altro italiano! ;-) |

I have also used a web based fax server (free and online) and I'have also, for a bug in the application of the mail fax server, spam VR. I sincerely apologize VR for the problems I have created and for the rudeness I've used and for the slander too. I have said to my employee to track the order not to spam VR!!! This employee doesn't work now in our company! Vr is a good company with a good Customer Service! However a friend of mine have a Head Mounted Display that he take @VR and said to me that it is WONDERFUL!!! I hope also to buy other 3 or 4 Doom Special for a LAN Party House here in Italy. I had a problem with them too. I bought the Doom special and received it approx 2 weeks later. Turns out the i-glasses 3D unit was used and all scratched up. In the the midst now of trying to return it. Everyone should check with i-glasses.com and verify if your unit is new or used with the serial number. |

VR only sells "NEW" i-glasses. That is what Ross at I-0 Display just told me: ross@i-glasses.com |

Just call i-O Display and speak to any customer service person. Give them your serial number and verify if your unit is new or used. |
