Hello! I am asking you guys about the Medical Test that must be taken before enabling Stereo using the nVidia drivers. Being a first-time user, I first thought that the glasses were not working. I could see a single image (instead of the two blurred ones), but I could never see any 6x6 square and/or the smaller 1x1 square that I was supposed to see. I let my girlfriend try the glasses and same result. But then after accepting the test as positive (shameful lie), I proceeded and went for the second nVidia test. This time to check how stereo works at any given resolution. And here the miracle: the Stereo works flawlessy. Can somebody tell me if I am somehow doing anything wrong in the way I try to detect those squares in the medical test ? Thanks! |

The medical test uses some strange format and often fails while everything else works. Looking at the medical test without glasses you should see a single square, but with blurred edges and it should flicker somehow. If you see just one , sharp, stable square it's not working. Christoph |
