Hi, i'm using a PS2 keyboard with Windows XP Prof SP2, a PCI-e 6600GT, Nvidia driver 71.89 with appropriate stereo driver, stereo deactivated for testing. After being some time in direct3d mode suddenly the keyboard stops responding. Even enabling/disabling caps lock isn't possible anymore. The only way to to leave the 3d application is to power down the PC with the power off button on my office keyboard. I had this problem already with a totally different system and 61.76 driver. Only falling back to 56.72 driver cured the problem. I hope there is a better solution around? Any help welcome! Markus |
