I have read a few conversations regarding this issue in the past but none have fully answered my question. I have a 17" LCD monitor with a resolution of 1280X1024 the standard size and dot pitch for this size. I wanted to know if anyone had tried using a AutoStereo conversion kit like the one Iart sells or any other kits out there. I also wanted to know what different manufacturers make these kits and what your experience with them has been and what you think the best kit that provides the best quality is. I also read about home made barrier screens. How many people have tried them and what sort of results have you had. With any of the products, how large an area is the "sweetspot". One last questions, I know shutter glasses don't generally work well with LCDs. But my monitor has a 8ms response time and is capable of 75 Hz. The only problem is that my video card has only 2 DVI ports and the pass through to VGA causes some sort of delay. Does anyone know any shutterglasses that might work with DVI. Edimensional does not have DVI shutterglasses yet. Thanks for the help! |
