When I use TV-out it´s only black and white on the TV, I use S-video and PAL. Please help, thanks.

Does your TV have a Y/C s-video input or are you using SCART?
When using SCART you may have to configure the SCART input for S-Video/S-VHS. If the TV has 2 SCART inputs only one of them may be S-Video capable.
Also check if the ASUS is really configured to PAL.
