How do I configure Stereoscopic Player to get Live Video from the BlackMagic Design Intensity capture card?

I choose Decklink Video Capture in stereoscopic player but I just get a black screen.

When I go to File->Video Properties and change to 1080i60 and hit OK it doesn't save the setting and there is no change.

BlackMagic Media Express works fine when I set that applications setting to 1080i60.
