Hi, was wondering if anyone here may be able to help. I have been having real problems getting a blu ray 3D disc to play using either Roxio Cinema BD Player or Power DVD Ultra for 3D. With Cinema player Nvidia Transmitter lights up green as it should, but once I get to menu of disc and press enter, locks up system, not even task manager comes up when I activate it. With Power DVD 3D transmitter doesn't come up, even when I press Ctrl T. Blu ray disc says it is not a retail sale one, so one that I assume is sold with a Samsung TV or something, but it plays in 2D with Powder DVD ok. I am stumped. Cyberlink support is trying to help. I do keep getting a region code message when I try and play with Power DVD, could this be problem, although region is set to my country regioan, Thanks Phil |
