Hi I just got the 3d revelator, but I have spent all day trying to get it working with no luck. I have a Leadtek Gforce2 MX running in WinME. I only have a 14" Compaq SVGA monitor. I have read alsewhere on this forum that you have to have a hz of about 100-120. I used a defult 1024x768 monitor driver, which lets me push the refresh rate to 100-120 but nothign happens. The screen flickers the left and right image but the glasses dsen't start flickering as well. Furether reading, some people say that there is a power problem with the connector to the VGA cable as well. I am at a loss at where the fault is. THe OS, the Videocard, the monitor or a combo. Please can anyone help me find the fault (no ref to FAQ please as I have tried them all) Nakaleen |

Possible causes: 1) your VGA doesn't supply the power 2) your glasses are broken 3) if you have the wireless model there could be a transmission problem, see if there are other IR sources in the room, for example even a hot lamp can cause major interference 4) monitor interferes with trigger signal line The best course of action would be to try a different VGA board and/or monitor, maybe from a friend. If the glasses work on other configurations you should check out the power-pin problem. Christoph |
