A few months ago I bought the ASUS v7700 GeForce2 GTS 64MB Deluxe video card. It came with the vr-100 glasses, which I finally took out of the box this week.

The CD that came with the card does not have any utilities for managing/operating these glasses. On Asus' website there is mention of a vr-100 Upgrade Kit, but it does not seem to mention what it includes or what it does.

Can some kind soul please tell me what I am missing? Am I missing a CD? I'd like to check out these glasses, any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Okay, scratch that...seeing how Asus offers little or no information on this, I did some hunting and was able to get the glasses (sort of) working using nVidia software. Which leads me to some more questions:

Supposedly these glasses are designed to work with D3D games, yet when I ran Unreal Tournament in D3D the game immediately froze (blank screen) and I had to reboot. But when I used OpenGL, it works. I get a dual image...however it's offset so it's not quite stereoscopic. How do I adjust the stereo separation?

If anyone has any info, or can point me to a FAQ or troubleshooting guide, I would be most grateful. Thanks!
