I've got these brand new revelators, but I can't seem to get them to work, I connected everything, installed the nvidia 3d stereo drivers next to my detonator 22.50's to stear my Hercules 3d Prophet II GTS. It's no use, my revelator's do shut & open, but very unevenly, sometimes both at time, sometimes not, it goes crazy, no real metrum or anything. My monitor is set at 100 120 140 & 144 Hertz. All are the same. What is the problem here? Please help, I'm desperate. |

They r possibly broken ( it's common with new infra red version )... other possibility is that your screen DCC signal makes problems... |

cut off the DDC-line: how to do that? Power supply for Revelator missing on your VGA-output: Is this the case with my Prophet II GTS? |

I don't think that the power is missing cause then u wouldn't see any flickering u have to buy a short screen cable extender, and cut off pins 12 and 15 if i remember correctly, then attach it between your screen and the black cable u've got with revelator. again, i think this is covered in the FAQ on elsa.com |

You don't need to cut off pins 12 and 15, you may simply isolate them, with scotch for example. I've solved some other problems with DDC this way. |

hey dude, I had your problem too. It is the pins in your monitor cable that are causing it. Do as was suggested above and get a short extention cable and break off pins 12 and 15(those sound right to me too), then put that extention between your video card and your monitor. The pins should be numbered in a 5/10/15 format. You just have to count them out. |
