can any one tell me hoe to add Anaglyph text to Anaglyph pictures? i am blowing my head off tryinh to do so!

using adobe
you can write
two times:
one with red color
the other with cian green letters
then displace them a little
to simulate distance
transparence should be
adjusted till you see
both images
see you
