Hello everybody. I guess this Q what I am about to make might bring out more slander to the -you know what company- :-) Anyway I'll take the risk. In the fall I will have little more money than now so I was thinking of buying a HMD. So... should I go for the I-glasses or should I wait. Is there anything around the corner with that pricetag? Having the X-viewer in mind. Furthermore I would like to keep the price down and since I live in sweden I have to pay taxes and other fees since I have to import the HMD. Are there any ways to get around those fees. Are there any companys that sell the I-glasses who might get around that. I guess those taxes are based on what it says on the package. So can't they just put 100 dollars or something or is it impossible. Thanx for your time. Jesper |

About taxes is the same in Italy. Ask to put a label 'gift' on the package and not invoices included.Don't use normal mail.Use ups/tnt/fedex or whatever. There is less controls. Cheers |

Hej.I guess I take it in english so everybody can read it :-) The thing is if you order from the US you are bound to pay taxes unless you buy something which are not more than around 50 dollars.Or... if you are lucky. From England however, well that is another matter. It's EU you see so we don't pay any extra tax. Too bad E-D don't sell any HMD. But if there are any out there who might know where or if you can buy a HMD in England(I-Glasses),please let me know. About the X-viever. I've heard that you might have to wait for that as long as you have to wait to get an appartment in stockholm :-) Furthermore I am not so surtain that it will be so much better than the I-Glasses. I hope that I'm wrong of course :-) Bye. Bor i stockholm också. |

Hi We can supply the i-glasses from the UK. You have to pay VAT within Europe, we have to pay import duty from the USA which we included in the price to our customers. If you are VAT registered you can re-claim the VAT otherwise you have to pay. I think you will be lucky to get a reputable US company to supply such a high value product without an accurate customs declaration as they would be liable to prosecution.
