Version 3.4.0 of 3DCombine has just been released. There are several updates, from the website:

Wizard function. This should make the program easier to use for people who want to get quickly up and running.
Improved 2D->3D picture conversion with several quality improvements and new options.
2D->3D video conversion is now much faster and has additional quality options.
Added support for 2D->3D conversion using multiple images as layers.
Added support for multi-layered image files.
Added support for saving new file formats including PSD and PNG.
