I know, I know, phoney 3D will 'hurt' real 3D. But it keeps getting more 'real'. And it keeps getting smarter. I thought the future was using 'real' objects (http://www.pulsent.com/solutions/index.html#objectbased), but I didn't realize how much farther you could go: ( http://www.research.philips.com/newscenter/archive/2004/3d-display-sid.html) I would like to see this puppy in action. |

Unfortunately they didn't demonstrate their 2D-3D conversion at SID. We'll have to wait and see how good or bad it is. |
